The Autofry Ventless MTI-5X Deep-Fryer

MTI-5X 2.9kW Heater, 6.5 litres oil capacity

The MTI-5X is the smallest capacity countertop model ventless deep-fryer in our range and is a 572x534x674mm (DxWxH) weighing 65Kg and can operate from a standard 13A 3-pin plug (also available as 4.8kW heater; 20A power supply required). Typical working capacity is 20lbs of chips per hour (frozen to cooked - actual capacity depends on type of chips).

The countertop deep fryers also have optional heat lamps for keeping cooked food warm.

Autofry® deep fryers are fully-enclosed and ventless for complete safety in the high-volume catering environment.
