The Autofry Ventless MTI-40XL Deep-Fryer

The dual-basket MTI-40XL is our largest ventless deep-fryer and is a floor-standing unit. Dimensions are 813x915x1626mm (DxWxH), weight is 185Kg and it requires a three-phase 415V power supply. Typical working capacity is 60-100lbs of chips per hour (frozen to cooked - actual capacity depends on type of chips).

Autofry® deep fryers are fully-enclosed and ventless for complete safety in the high-volume catering environment.
